V4.1.2 Added: To the choice window that pops up when you click the
Remove button on the Medications Menu was added a Remove To
History button in addition to the Remove Permanently button.
Also added a History button on the Medications Menu which gives you a
History Window where all the medications you removed to history are
shown. On this screen you can restore to the medications list or
permanantly delete any medication in the history.
Added: On
the lower left of the main screen the text to the right of
the Last Refill text box was changed to reflect the number of days remaining in the
highlighted medication. Also the Last Refill text box turns red
when there are less than eight days remaining.
Added a button to the Print Preview screen called "Save to file".
This will save the print preview screen as a BMP picture file which can
be
emailed to family. They can use it as is or print it. It
can be drag and dropped onto a Word document and printed from there.
Also prevented saving medications list if it is empty.

V5.0.0 Added columns for the Rx Number, Last Refill Date and Last
Renewal Date fields and removed them from the Notes For Specific
Medications area. Also made cosmetic changes to the forms for
clarity.
