09/11/1999 Uploaded an updated v1.0b with
a bug fix. If you selected 'Encrypt database' on the Options menu then
chose 'Cancel' on the 'Enter Password' dialog the encryption pointer was
erroneously set and the database was encrypted without an entry password.
If you downloaded v1.0b on or before 9/11/99 you might want to get the
updated version.
